These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eazy Reminder app and website (the "Service"), provided by SHREEKUNJ SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your Account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

2. Licence to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own lawful, personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google. We do not separately process payments or refunds.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the reminders and content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and sync your content solely to operate the Service for you (including cloud backup and sharing you initiate). You are responsible for your content and must not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

5. Sharing

When you share a reminder or folder, you are responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it. Recipients you choose will be able to view the shared item.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, reverse-engineering, disrupting its operation, uploading malware, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

7. Reminders Are Not Guaranteed

Important: the Service is a convenience tool. Reminder notifications depend on your device, operating system, battery settings, and network, and may be delayed or not delivered. You should not rely on the Service for critical, time-sensitive, medical, financial, or safety matters. We are not liable for any missed reminder.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise.
